Billing

All Executive Cleaners home delivery customers will be set up on a charge account billing system.  Customers will be placed in one of two billing cycles and we request that you pay the bills when you receive them.  We also offer convenient automatic billing directly to your credit card.  With either billing option, you will receive a detailed statement each month itemizing your charges. 

Common Questions and Answers

Q:  Do I have to have clothes out every time the van comes to my house?
A:   No.  We ask that if you are a home delivery customers, have clothes waiting for us at least once a week to keep from being placed on a will call status, but there is no minimum for home delivery.

Q:  How will Executive Cleaners know about my special instructions?
A:  Your Route Driver will become your personal sales representative.  If you have any problems or special instructions, just leave him a note in your bag or let him know when he picks them up.  We check all garments for spots but if you know about them, please use the provided spot markers to point them out so we can do our best to remove them.

Q:  Does it cost more to have the convenience of my dry cleaning being delivered to my home or office?
A:  No.  Our delivery prices are the same as the prices at our drop off locations.

Q:  Do I have to be home when the delivery driver comes to my house?
A:  No, when you meet with the route driver you can decide on the best location to leave your clothes.

Q:  What if I need to talk to my driver?
A:  Simply call the dispatch center and leave a message for him, he will call you back as  soon as possible.

Q:  What if I forget to put my clothes out for the driver?
A:   No problem.  You can run your order by one of our drop stores and tell them whose route you are on, we will still return them on your regularly scheduled day if you have them there on your regular pick up day.  If that is not convenient, just give us a call and we will stop by the next time a van is in your area and pick them up.

Q: What if I have a problem with a garment or an order?
A:  Simply put a note in the bag with your next order, or call the home delivery center.  They will be more than happy to assist you.
